How do I book a party?

Complete a Party Request Form. We will email you to confirm availability, party details, and secure your deposit. Or call us at 401-618-4877 to complete your booking with a party coordinator. Please allow 1-3 business days to respond to booking request and inquiries. Two week's prior to your party date, we will confirm all pertinent information, including the number of kids attending so appropriate number of crafts and materials can be provided.

 

Is the paint used washable?

Yes, if the paint is washed immediately with soap and warm water. However, fabric paints are not washable.

 

How far in advance do I need to book a party?

We fill up fast and months in advance, but last minute parties may be available. The final count of the number of kids and crafts should be provided two week's prior to the party in order to ensure crafts and materials are available.

 

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included, and would be appreciated by our hardworking staff members who work hard to plan a fun and entertaining day for your guests!

 

What happens if I do not use all of the crafts that I requested?

Since the requested crafts are specific to your respective party, you will be charged for the entire amount even if all crafts are not used. Unused crafts are yours to keep; however, all craft materials are the property of Peachy Girl Events.

Can the crafts be matched to the party theme?

Yes, simply provide the theme when booking your party and ideas will be presented.

How do I choose what I can paint?

We have several ceramic crafts to choose from, which we will go over with you when booking.

 

How old do you have to be to paint?

We entertain children of all ages from ages 2 and up. However, we have also done several 1st birthdays where the parents have wanted us to provide entertainment for the older children attending the event. We have several age-appropriate crafts to choose from.

 

What type of events do you attend?

Anywhere kids congregate and need entertainment! Remember we can also

bring the fun to you!
